Your Food Intake

Chances are that you have a six pack already but because of a layer of fat hiding them, you cannot see them. You have got the six pack from the activities you do normally everyday. Your first goal is to strip that layer of body fat. This can only be done by getting rid of the foods that put the layer there in the first place. Your Sweat Exercise Regime

Ready for some hard work? Having ripped abs means buidling those muscles up but do not just do sit ups and crunches. Make it part of your routine to get bigger all over. Your Attitude

Stay focused and keep your end goal at the forefront. Getting tempted to stop training or eating rubbish will destroy your goal. It is not going to happen overnight or by next week.
