(as of now in Kailua Kona, HI they are advertising a HR position for: 40,000.00 - 60,000.00 USD /year Depends on Experience; req. 2+ to 5 years AND a Bachelor's Degree. I'd say your best bet is to to a 'search on MSN / Career Builder / Yahoo jobs and look for a HR position, because you can specify location and do research on that company, or even call and ask what they would start a 'HR Manager' out salary wise.
