My family is going to Hawaii (big island), and I’ll be 5 months pregnant. Any ideas of fun things to do?

We’ve been before and were returning to do things we didn’t get to do before, but I’ve been told helipcopter and airplane tours are out, no drinking (obviously!), no horseback riding … any suggestions of things I CAN do? I’m not much of a sit-on-the-beach-and-do-nothin… kind of person.

swimming, snorkeling, dolphin excursions, shopping, luaus,…when you check into the hotel they usually have an activity center where you can talk with someone about different activities and you can book them right there. i’m jealous… i wish i could go to hawaii. hope you have a blast!

Snorkeling! Swimming is safe in pregnancy, so I think that would be fun.
Not sure why you can fly over there, yet not take an airplane tour!?!
