How much does it cost to fly a pet to Hawaii?

You for got to say from where in continental US. For example it may be much more to fly her from someplace like Maine than someplace like California. I flew a kitten in 2000 from Florida to Maine for about an extra 50 bucks on top of my ticket. But I had a dog shipped from Alaska to Maine (long story about a move and not wanting to drive that far with my brothers dog!) for about 100 bucks. This was some time ago and the dog was quite large.
sidenote: both of my pets faired VERY well flying. Years later I had to ship another dog from Florida to Maine (50 bucks) and he did fine too

The price will vary depending on where your kitten is flying from and which airline is used.
